Online distance learning (E-learning) is a method of out-reaching, via
the Internet and related communication methods, to diverse communities, in order to assist in further education while delivering
subjects of general interest in a most innovative and exciting way.
The method of delivery is known as Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
Whereby the Internet is utilised as a medium in order to deliver the online courses.
Anyone in the world who has access to an online computer, whether at home, in
a public library or community centre, will be able to take part in these "E" courses.
